Harris Teeter has removed Fresh Foods Market Chef’s Recipe Chicken and Wild Rice Soup effective Tuesday because the soup contained egg that was not listed on the label, according to the store website.
Customers who purchased the soup and have an allergy or sensitivity to eggs should not eat it and can return it to Harris Teeter for a full refund.
