Harris Teeter has some very good deals this week on shredded cheese, cabbage, Finish Gel Pacs and more! These deals are valid 3/14 – 3/20. Please post any other good buys you find.

The rumor is out - possible Harris Teeter Triple Coupon event starting March 21st! I'll have a confirmation by Friday but it's a good idea to get your coupons ready to go. We'll have a good deals list started on the blog sometime this weekend. If you are new to Harris Teeter triples, they will triple coupons that are .99 or less face value. So a .75/1 coupon will triple to $2.25. A $1 coupon will not double or triple.

Harris Teeter Coupon Policy Basics:

Doubles coupons .99 or less everyday

Doubles up to 20 coupons per day

Doubles up to 3 identical coupons (must have required product to go with each coupon)

BOGO sales ring up at half price. If you just buy one, it still rings up at half price. The policy has recently changed and now states that you can only use two coupons on a BOGO deal. So, if you buy 2 items that are BOGO, you can use two coupons (which is a very good thing!).

Click HERE for the official Harris Teeter Coupon Policy.

Senior discount: Seniors 60 and older receive a 5% discount every Thursday. Discount applies after coupons are deducted.

e-coupons: Don’t forget to add the e-coupons to your Harris Teeter VIC card and remember, you can stack the e-coupons with manufacturer coupons to maximize savings. The link to your e-coupons are in your Wednesday e-Vic e-mail. Click HERE to sign up for e-Vic digital coupons.
EVIC: DiGiorno or Pizza Kitchen pizza, 12 inch, $3.97, limit 2 - $2/2 DiGiorno coupon found on displays in various grocery stores lately (I found it at Lowes Foods in Cary on Tryon and Cary Parkway last week) = $2.97 each after coupon (a good deal for DiGiorno)
Produce

Cabbage, .25/lb

Green peppers, 2 count package, $1.69

Strawberries, BOGO for $1.99 each

Asparagus $1.99/lb

Boneless chicken breast frozen, 2.5 lbs, BOGO for $5.25 ($2.10/lb)

Center cut pork chops, BOGO for $2.74/lb

Rosina meatballs, 12 oz., BOGO for $2.29 - .75 coupon from 3 /4 RP = .79 if coupon doubles (indicates DND on coupon)

Dairy & Frozen

Dean’s Dip BOGO for .94 - $1/2 coupon from 1/15 SS (exp 3/16) = .44 each

Harris Teeter shredded cheese, 8 oz., Buy 2 Get 3 Free (reg. price $2.75) = $1.10 after sale when you buy 5 in one transaction – a very good price!, limit 10

Minute Maid juice, 59 oz $3.00 - .75/1 coupon that was on coupons.com recently = $1.50

Eggos $2 - .75/2 coupon from 3/11 RP = $1.25 each

Harris Teeter frozen yogurt, 48 oz, BOGO for $2.19 – this stuff is delicious – we really like the raspberry swirl and it’s a better price than the Breyers on sale Buy 2 get 3 free – and you don’t have to buy 5 at once to get the deal!

Breyers ice cream, 48 oz., Buy 2 Get 3 Free (reg price $6.15 each) = $2.46 each when you 5 in one transaction, limit 10

Grocery

Zatarain’s rice mix $1.00 - .50/3 coupon from 2/5 RP = .67 each

Progresso soup
Sale: Buy 2 Get 3 Free (regular price is $2.69 - $2.89)
Coupon: $1/4 coupons from 2/26 SS and 2/5 GM
Total for 10 after sale and coupon = .98 to $1.06 each
The coupon requires that you buy 4 and with Buy 2 Get 3 Deals, they only count the Buy 2 items as ones you are buying. So in order to use the $1/4 coupon, buy have to actually buy 4 and get 6 free for a total of 10 cans.

Ken’s salad dressing, 16 oz., BOGO for $1.77 each - $1/2 coupon from 3/11 SS = $1.27 each

Classico pasta sauce
Sale: Buy 2 Get 3 Free, (regular price is $3.15 each)
Coupon: .50/2 coupon from 3/11 SS
Coupon does indicate Do Not Double so it may not double or your store may not let it double. It is does double, the total for 5 after doubled coupon = $1.06 each (my buy price for pasta sauce is $1.00 or less. This is a good deal for Classico brand though)

If the coupon does not double, the total is $1.16 each

Non-Food

Kleenex tissue BOGO for $1.29 - .30/3 coupon from 3/11 = $1.09 each (my buy price is usually .75 or less for tissue boxes). The last time these were BOGO at HT, I had a .50/1 coupon that was sent with the Cool Touch sample, making the Cool Touch variety about 30 cents. As a matter of fact, I am using many of them right now with the lovely allergy season upon us. If you still have that coupon, these are a good deal this week. This is another reason to order the samples I post – they often have high value coupons.)

Finish Gel Pacs, 20 count, BOGO for $2.89 - .75/1 coupon from 3/11 SS = $1.39 - a good price

Purex laundry detergent, 150 oz (wow – big container!)
Sale: BOGO for $7.49
Coupon: ,50 coupon from 3/11 RP
Total after coupon = $6.49 (.0432 per oz)

CVS has the slightly better deal for 50 oz at $1.99 after coupon (.0398 per oz – about a .16 difference from the HT cost per 50 oz)

Purina Dog Chow, 17.6 – 20 lb, BOGO for $8.49
