Goldsboro man faces two attempted murder charges
A Goldsboro man is facing attempted first-degree murder charges in a shooting that wounded two people earlier this month.

Goldsboro police said officers with the drug squad stopped a car they were pursuing in the 1100 block of Fourth Street shortly before midnight Thursday and took the driver and two passengers into custody.
The driver, Tazaunear Williams, was charged with misdemeanor speeding to elude arrest. His passenger, Martiz Bradshaw, 20, was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a stolen firearm and resisting an officer. He was held in the Wayne County jail under a $510,000 bond.
The other passenger, Daktari Harris, 22, was charged with two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a stolen firearm and resisting an officer.
Investigators also charged Harris with two counts of attempted murder in the July 9 shootings of Montana Best and Travion Lewis, who were shot in the 400 block of West Oak Street.
