The McDonald's restaurant at 3424 Poole Rd. in Raleigh has been completely renovated and is celebrating their grand re-opening on Monday, July 27. Along with the grand re-opening festivities listed below, the restaurant is offering a number of specials throughout August.

You can also enter below to win a summer prize pack including a $25 Arch Card, McDonald's coupon cards for various free menu items and black sunglasses (similar to Ray Bans).

Grand Re-Opening Details

McDonald’s is proud to reveal its newly renovated restaurant on 3424 Poole Rd. in Raleigh, N.C. The upgraded restaurant, originally built in 1991, is providing 85 additional crew and management positions and features the following:

State-of-the-art kitchen equipment
New double drive-thru for quicker service
LED Parking Lot Lights
Digital menu boards
Chairs made completely from recycled material

The community is encouraged to attend the Hawaiian-themed grand re-opening festivities on July 27 that include:

10:30 - Meet and Greet with Ronald McDonald and attendees

10:45 - Welcome Remarks - William and Deborah Holder

10:55 - Remarks: Eugene Weeks, City Councilman

11:00 - Check Presentation to Habitat for Humanity

11:10 - Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

11:30 - 12:30 - Refreshments and Tours

Special giveaway to the first 100 customers

To continue the celebration, the restaurant will have a variety of specials and fun activities throughout August.

Aug. 25: Bicycle Drawing at 2 p.m.

Every Tuesday: 99 cent Hotcakes for breakfast

Every Friday: 2 for $3 Filet of Fish
Every other Saturday: mermaid visits 2 - 4 p.m.
