FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A gas leak at a Fayetteville restaurant prompted a road closure and a warning for people to stay indoors Friday.
The leak began at Saigon Garden at 5957 Yadkin Road around 6:15 pm, said officials.
Police asked residents and others in the area to stay inside.
Traffic from Yadkin Road was diverted through the Cottonade neighborhood. Yadkin Road was closed from Homestead Drive to Milford Road for about an hour.
