I have enjoyed freebies through Chick-fil-A using their reservation method and it works beautifully. In the past, I reserved the location, date and time and then printed out my reservation. I gave it to the cashier at the restaurant and she/he gave me the freebie. Easy as that! Love Chick-fil-A!
