The railroad track outside of a Cargill Inc. food-processing plant in Cumberland County will remain closed until at least Sunday after several railroad cars derailed from it Saturday, the Fayetteville Highway Patrol said.

<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — Five cars of a CSX freight train derailed outside a Cargill Inc. food-processing plant on River Road Saturday morning.

No injuries were reported in the accident, which occurred on a side track shortly before 11 a.m.

CSX and state Department of Transportation workers were conducting repairs. A CSX representative said the scene had been cleared up by Saturday evening.

HOUSTON (AP) — Fast-moving thunderstorms pummeled southeastern Texas on Thursday for the second time this month, killing at least four people, blowing out windows in high-rise buildings, downing trees and knocking out power to more than 850,000 homes and businesses in the Houston area.
