Enjoy a FREE Jetty Punch Smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Cafes in and around the Triangle on Friday, June 19! Read on for the hours, Camp Sunshine and details of the important flip flop requirement.

What: FREE 24 oz. Jetty Punch smoothies to all Tropical Smoothie guests wearing flip-flops (Jetty Punch made with strawberries and banana)

Why: Honoring National Flip Flop Day and collecting donations for Camp Sunshine, an organization that provides support and hope to children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. The donations are optional, but it seems like a really great cause to support!

Where: There are 7 area locations including Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Fayetteville and Burlington. See their website for specific addresses.

Not only are they giving away free smoothies at all Tropical Smoothie locations, CEO Mike Rotondo will walk the length of Manhattan, NY in flip flops on National Flip Flop Day to collect donations that will go directly to Camp Sunshine. He'll also be handing out smoothies at designated locations along the way, including the American Museum of Natural History, Central Park, Times Square, Madison Square Park, and Battery Place. The goal is to hit $1 million this year!
