Free dessert for kids at BurgerFi on Wednesday

The chain, featuring hamburgers, hot dogs and frozen custard, will offer a special deal for kids in honor of Dec. 12, which happens to be 12/12/12.

BurgerFi, a chain of restaurants that features hamburgers, hot dogs and frozen custard and is relatively new to the Triangle, will offer a special deal for kids in honor of Tuesday, Dec. 12, which happens to be 12/12/12.

Kids 12 and under will get a free junior custard of their choice. Topping options include sprinkles, Reese's Pieces and gummies. The offer is limited to one per child and is only valid at all BurgerFi locations on Wednesday.

Find BurgerFi at 2000 Wake Forest Rd., in Raleigh, in the shopping center with Trader Joe's near the Beltline, and at 2052 Renaissance Park Place, in Cary.

I received this press release, by complete coincidence, a day after eating at the Raleigh location for the first time. Really good burgers, fries and onion rings.
