DUNN, N.C. — Investigators said Tuesday they do not suspect foul play in a fire that killed a 2-year-old boy in Dunn.
Jayvalen Blue died in the Dec. 3 house fire at 817 E. Divine St. His mother sustained cuts to her arms while trying to rescue him.
Six other adults and four other children managed to escape.
