Food Lion has some good buys on boneless chicken breast for $1.99/lb, Cantaloupe and an interesting gift card promotion. These deals are valid 2/8 – 2/14.

Food Lion Coupon Basics

Food Lion does not double coupons

They have no limits on number of coupons they will take, unless specified in the ad

BOGO items ring up at half price so if you only buy 1, it rings at half price. You can use a coupon on each BOGO sale item.

E-Coupons: You can now load RedPlum.com manufacturer’s coupons to your Food Lion MVP card and when they scan your card at the register and you buy the qualifying items, the discount will come off automatically. I spoke with corporate and they confirmed that these are manufacturer’s coupons and not to be combined with hard copy manufacturer’s from the newspaper and other sources. She said their policy is only coupon per product. No e-coupons will double. Click HERE for more information.
Kiosk Coupon: Scan you card at the in-store coupon kiosk to get a coupon for $5 off a $40 purchase. Both Harris Teeter and Lowes Foods take these as well. Many stored require you to have a $40 total after your other coupons have been scanned to use this coupon. This coupon is not valid on tobacco, alcohol, gift cards, postage stamps or services.
Catalina deal on giftcards: Buy $25 in participating gift cards and get $5 coupon to use on your next order. The details are in the ad for this deal and the following was posted by Oxy on the blog on Wednesday:

“Catalina has a website that lists the Cat deals at all the stores . There is a deal running at Food Lion through 2/14, buy $25 or more in "participating" gift cards, get a $5 OYNO. The site doesn't list what is participating, but it does picture Regal Entertainment, Marriott, Lowes Home Improvement, iTunes, Bass Pro Shop, and some prepaid Mastercard (no idea which brand, you can look it up, these generally have loading fees). I bought a $25 Lowes Home Improvement card last night, since my hubby was planning to go to Lowes this week anyway, and the $5 Cat printed!”

You have to register if you want to narrow it to stores near you, or you can wade through ALL the deals nationwide.”
