Flour Power Kids Cooking Studio has locations in Raleigh and Charlotte
Flour Power Kids Cooking Studio will open its fourth location at Cary's Parkside Town Commons in June.

The company opened its first location in Raleigh in 2009. It now is open in Raleigh's North Hills, Raleigh's Falls River Town Center and Charlotte's Quail Corners Shopping Center. Flour Power offers classes, camps, birthday parties and other programs for kids ages 3 to 18. (Susan Caldwell, the owner, also shares recipes regularly on Go Ask Mom).

“We’re super excited about expanding into Cary where we already have so many loyal customers who have been making the trek to Raleigh for so many years,” says Caldwell. “We have had such demand for a Cary location, especially for our Track Out program and birthday parties. We are so excited about this new location that will serve not only Cary, but surrounding communities including Durham, Chapel Hill, Apex, Holly Springs and Pittsboro. We’re thankful we could make this location a reality and continue to meet our customer’s needs.”

The Parkside Town Commons studio will open June 1 at the intersection of Highway 55 and I-540 at O’Kelly Chapel Road.

This, Caldwell hopes, is just the beginning for Flour Power. In August, the business announced a strategic franchise growth initiative to add 50 franchise locations in the next five years, concentrating, at first, on the Southeast.
