I introduced MaryBeth Winstead of Healthy Moms on Monday. She's owner of Healthy Moms of Wake County, which offers fitness programs for moms and moms-to-be.

Starting today, Winstead will be offering some fitness tips over the next few weeks. Today, she shares a quick and easy exercise that will help pregnant woman and moms keep their abs strong.
