A volunteer firefighter on his way to a house fire died Tuesday morning when his pickup truck crashed.
Posted — UpdatedREIDSVILLE, N.C. — A volunteer firefighter on his way to a house fire died Tuesday morning when his pickup truck crashed.
The accident happened on Highway Business 29 near Crutchfield Road, northeast of Reidsville.
The state Highway Patrol identified the firefighter as Paul Ellington of the Oregon Hill Volunteer Fire Department.
No other information was available.
