Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — An early morning fire at a Raleigh apartment building left one person displaced, fire officials said.

A resident called about a fire in a nearby apartment in two-story building at 3225-K Calumet Drive, near WakeMed Raleigh, around 3:30 a.m. Twenty-five firefighters put out the blaze less than 10 minutes after the call.

No one was injured, officials said.

The fire was contained to one bedroom and rendered one apartment uninhabitable, officials said. One person was displaced.

Fire investigators believe that an incendiary likely caused the fire.
