A Fayetteville woman has won $150,000 in the North Carolina Education Lottery.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A Fayetteville woman has won $150,000 in the North Carolina Education Lottery.

Kelly Williams is the second player to win the prize in the Jumbo Jingle Bucks game. 

She bought the $5 winning ticket, worth $103,876 after state and federal withholdings, at the Short Stop on Morganton Road, lottery officials said.

As of Tuesday morning, one more top prize had yet to be claimed.
