CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — A woman found dead inside her SUV last month had been stabbed four times, according to an autopsy report released Wednesday.

The report said Jessica Sintara Lee-Morgan, 35, suffered from a stab wound to the left side of her lower neck and the right side of her upper chest, as well as injuries on her right cheek and right forearm.

Morgan was discovered inside her vehicle on May 25. A passerby had noticed the vehicle alongside Shelton Beard Road in Stedman for much of the previous day.
