Fayetteville teens caught after break-in

A pair of Fayetteville teenagers was arrested Thursday morning, caught after they broke into a home on Zinnia Court.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A pair of Fayetteville teenagers was arrested Thursday morning, caught after they broke into a home on Zinnia Court.

A neighbor spotted activity inside the home and called police. When deputies arrived, the witness was able to describe the car used in the crime, and deputies pulled the teens over nearby. A computer and a gaming system stolen from the home were inside their vehicle.

Giancarlo Scibilia, 17, of 2622 Dartmouth Drive, and Keron Jordan Guthary, 16, of 636 Monagon St., face charges of felony breaking and entering, felony larceny after breaking and entering and possession of stolen goods.  Guthary faces an additional charge of misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Both were released on bond into the custody of their parents.
