FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police arrested four 16-year-olds who are accused of breaking into an apartment, stealing a television and fleeing from police Thursday.

Police responded to Cambridge Arms Apartment Complex around 11 p.m. after a neighbor called 911 to report that four teens had kicked in the front door of an apartment, stolen a TV and driven away in a dark green Ford Crown Victoria.

Officers found a vehicle matching the description and tried to pull over the car, but it fled at a high rate of speed, according to police. During the pursuit, the driver lost control of the car, came to a stop and all four teens got out and ran away.

Officers caught the teens and found a TV and rifle in the car, police said.

Ian Caleb Detar, of Forest View Drive, is charged with driving while intoxicated, fleeing to elude arrest, second-degree burglary and conspiracy. He was being held on a $32,000 secured bond.

Sierra Maria Morefield, of Larry Street, Anthony Lee Richardson Jr., of Buttonwood Avenue, and Antoine Juan Richardson, of Eldorado Drive, are all charged with second-degree burglary and conspiracy. They were each being held on $25,000 secured bonds.
