FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police released surveillance videos Friday of two men wanted in connection with an armed robbery reported June 10 at the Baymont Inn on Owen Drive.

Officers were called to the hotel, at 1707 Owen Drive, at about 11:45 p.m. in reference to a report of a robbery.

A 52-year-old Fayetteville man and 18-year-old Hope Mills man told authorities they were followed to their room by two men and robbed at gunpoint.

The robbers left the area on foot.

One robber was described as 20 to 25 years old, 6 feet tall with dreadlock-style hair. The second was described as 20 to 25 years old, 5 feet 5 inches tall with short hair.
