Fayetteville police searching for missing 9-year-old girl

Fayetteville police are asking for the public's help to find Alyssa Ray, a 9-year-old girl who was last seen Friday afternoon in the 600 block of Hickory View Court.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police are asking for the public's help to find Alyssa Ray, a 9-year-old girl who was last seen Friday afternoon in the 600 block of Hickory View Court.

Ray's family reported her missing Saturday, and she was last seen at about 5:30 p.m. Friday.

When she disappeared, Ray was wearing khaki pants and a blue shirt. She may also be wearing a light blue hoodie.

Ray is 5 feet tall and weighs about 120 pounds, police said. She has black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on Ray's whereabouts should call 911 of Fayetteville Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8477.
