Fayetteville police arrest wanted man after he broke into victim's home
Police said Monday they arrested Devonte Keeshae Williams, 23, and charged him with second-degree rape, second-degree kidnaping, larceny of a motor vehicle, and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.

Authorities said that Williams is accused of sexually assaulting a 26-year-old acquaintance and taking her vehicle from a residence in the area of Reilly Road and Cliffdale Road.
Williams was arrested on Sunday after returning to the victim's residence at about 2:45 p.m. Authorities said that he broke into the victim's home, held her against her will and assaulted her while threatening her in an effort to stop her from testifying against him in the original case.
Williams faces additional charges of second-degree kidnapping, assault on a female, intimidating a witness, communication of threats, and felony breaking and entering in connection to Sunday's incident.
He was being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center without bond.
