FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. —

Police are investigating four Taco Bell robberies in Fayetteville that may have been committed by the same man.

In each case, a masked man broke into the restaurant after midnight, showed a small revolver and stole an undisclosed amount of cash.

In more than one robbery, a gray Honda Element arrived at the scene just before the crime, parked for a short period of time and then left, police said. The Honda's driver's side window is broken and covered in clear plastic.

The most recent holdup happened early Saturday at the Taco Bell at 2130 Cedar Creek Road. Surveillance images show the robber wearing a white mask, red hat and black coat.

The previous robberies happened at 2819 Raeford Road on Oct. 18, 4705 Ramsey St. on Oct. 24 and again at 2819 Raeford Road on Nov. 9.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect or has information about the robberies is asked to call police at 910-433-1856 or CrimeStoppers at 910-483-8477.
