Fayetteville police detectives asked for the public’s help to solve a shooting that happened early Friday.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police detectives asked for the public’s help to solve a shooting that happened early Friday.

Officers responding to a call found Rodriguez Harris, 20, lying in the roadway at 5109 Sequoia Road around 2 a.m.

Harris had suffered an apparent gunshot wound to the head, police said. He was flown to UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill, where he remained in critical condition late Friday.
