<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — Fayetteville police have identified a 44-year-old woman who they believe was swept away by a current in the Cape Fear River Friday morning. 

Witnesses told police the woman, Sheila Elizabeth Hathcock, entered the river at the Person Street Bridge around 8:45 a.m. Friday before being swept away by the current. 

The Fayetteville Police Department's search and rescue team searched the river Friday and Saturday, but were unable to locate Hathcock's body.
