A Fayetteville man is accused of leading law enforcement on a chase Wednesday after allegedly robbing an Elizabethtown bank.

ELIZABETHTOWN, N.C. — A Fayetteville man is accused of leading police on a chase Wednesday after allegedly robbing an Elizabethtown bank.
WECT reports Justin Julius Milton has been charged with common law robbery and felony fleeing to elude arrest. Milton is being held in the Bladen County Detention Center under a $600,000 secured bond.
Officials say that officers received a report of a robbery at the First Citizens Bank located at 301 West Broad Street just before 5 p.m.
Lt. Lonnie Cheshire with the Elizabethtown Police Department said Bladen County deputies saw the suspect vehicle on Highway 87 East and chased Milton for several miles before he was taken into custody.
