Fayetteville hit and run victim dies
A man struck by a vehicle while walking on Wednesday has died, police said.
Posted — UpdatedFAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A man struck by a vehicle while walking on Wednesday has died, police said.
Jerry Williams, 59, was struck by a vehicle while walking on North Street near Brinkley Drive at about 11:36 p.m. Wednesday. The driver fled the scene, leaving Williams in critical condition.
Williams passed away on Thursday from his injuries.
