The Shell station at 4709 Beryl Rd in Raleigh will be giving away FREE GAS today from 4:30 - 6:52 p.m. Raleigh resident Carlee Mallard won a nationwide contest put on by Ford Motor Company.

On behalf of everybody in Raleigh, thank you Carlee and congratulations!  Details below:

Dear F-150 EcoBoost Challenge Volunteer,
Today Raleigh will receive complimentary gasoline courtesy of Ford Motor Company and Shell at two locations for 2 hours and 22 minutes at each location all because of your efforts to help your community through Hurricane Irene. Carlee, your F-150 EcoBoost Challenge driver did an amazing job with the F-150 averaging the highest fuel economy out of all 8 of her nationwide competitors but she couldn't have won without you. Therefore as a way for Ford Motor Company to thank you for your participation last week, we wanted to give you a head start on today's locations. Each location will provide up to 15 gallons of Shell regular grade Nitrogen Enriched gasoline free of charge per vehicle.
We ask that you please respect the start time of each of our events today. Safety is a tremendous concern of ours and we will begin to allow those who attend to fill up their vehicles promptly at 7:30 am and 4:30 pm respectively. The Raleigh police will turn away vehicles who arrive early.

OUR FIRST LOCATION OPENS AT 7:30 AM: 7411 Chapel Hill Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607

OUR SECOND LOCATION OPENS AT 4:30 PM: 4709 Beryl Rd, Raleigh, NC 27606

On behalf of Ford Motor Company and Shell, I can't thank you enough for your efforts. You made a difference in Raleigh!
Sincerely,
Craig Daitch
