Durham police searching for missing man, 64

Durham police were searching Friday morning for a missing 64-year-old man who may be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

DURHAM, N.C. — Durham police were searching Friday morning for a missing 64-year-old man who may be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. 

The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for EA Bundren about 9 a.m. after he went missing from a home in the 700 block of Hugo Street. 

Bundren is white, stands 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 145 pounds. He has short, gray hair and blue eyes, police said. 

It wasn't clear where Bundren might be headed, but he was wearing blue jeans, a white shirt with blue stripes and white and black running shoes when he went missing.
