Tony Anthony Rhodes, of Fairview Street, is charged with breaking into an occupied house on Wilkerson Street on July 29. <br />

The resident told officers she walked into her bedroom and saw a man reaching through her window. The man fled when she screamed, police said.

Anyone with information on Rhodes’ whereabouts is asked to call Investigator Coghill at 560-4583, ext. 29360 or Crime Stoppers at 683-1200.
