Durham man wanted on burglary charge

Durham police are trying to locate a 48-year-old man wanted on a first-degree burglary charge.

DURHAM, N.C. — Durham police are trying to locate a 48-year-old man wanted on a first-degree burglary charge.
Tony Anthony Rhodes, of Fairview Street, is charged with breaking into an occupied house on Wilkerson Street on July 29.

The resident told officers she walked into her bedroom and saw a man reaching through her window. The man fled when she screamed, police said.

Anyone with information on Rhodes’ whereabouts is asked to call Investigator Coghill at 560-4583, ext. 29360 or Crime Stoppers at 683-1200.
