<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — A man wanted in a shooting death in the Parkwood community surrendered to Durham police Wednesday morning.

Christopher Herrera Posada, 20, is charged with murdering Jose Fernando Garcia, 47, who was found dead at a home at 1444 Sedwick Road around 7 p.m. Monday.

Posada is the son of Garcia's girlfriend and lived at the home.
