ZEBULON, N.C. — One person was injured in a single-vehicle crash Friday that shut down eastbound lanes of U.S. Highway 64 near Zebulon.

The crash happened about 11:45 a.m. just east of the interchange with U.S. Highway 264, according to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol.
