Domino's is giving away free pizza for a year, giftcards and 50,000 offers for a free order of Specialty Chicken with a purchase of any menu-price pizza.

To sign up for this offer, go to the sign-up link and register with your e-mail or phone #. Once the giveaway is live, sometime between now and April 5th, you will get an e-mail or text about it. At that point, click on it as fast as you can to score an offer or gift card. The faster you click, the better the chance that you will get the offer.
