Discounted tickets for N.C. State Fair on sale now
The State Fair isn't until October but you can purchase your discounted tickets starting Monday.

RALEIGH, N.C. — The N.C. State Fair isn't until October but you can purchase your discounted tickets now.
Early bird tickets for the fair went on sale Monday morning.
Advanced admission tickets are $8 for those 13 to 64 years old. Children ages 6 to 12 get in for $3. Children ages 5 years and younger and senior citizens ages 65 years and above are admitted free.
Discounted ride tickets and family 4-pack deals that include ride sheets and admission are also on sale now.
Tickets can be purchased online now at the N.C. State Fair website and starting Oct. 1 at select retail locations.
You save about $2 per admission ticket by purchasing early. The early bird deals end at midnight Oct. 16.
The N.C. State Fair is Oct. 15-25.
