<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — Dave Matthews Band will play <strong><a href="https://www.wral.com/Raleigh/Attractions/Music/Walnut-Creek-Amphitheatre/4872648/">Walnut Creek Amphitheater</a></strong> in Raleigh on May 22, concert promoter Live Nation announced Tuesday. 

Dave Matthews Band will play two full sets during his summer tour, the same format that drew praise from critics last year. 

An online ticket pre-sale will start Thursday at 10 a.m. for members of the DMB Warehouse Fan Association. Citi card holders will have access to pre-sale tickets through Citi's Private Pass program beginning Feb. 9. 

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, Feb. 13, at 10 a.m.

In the complaint, a video showed the employee, identified as 22-year-old Cassidy Gill, striking a dog in January and February.
