Cumberland County man charged with sex crimes

Michael Shawn Blackwell, 34, of 132 Euclid St., was charged early Monday with several counts of taking indecent liberties with a child and statutory sex offense, according to the Cumberland County sheriff’s office
Blackwell allegedly engaged in inappropriate behavior with the victim between November and December in his home.
Blackwell was being held under a $575,000 bond in the Cumberland County Detention Center on Monday afternoon.
