Consignment sales in Durham, Wilmington this week

Consignment sale season is winding down, but there are still some opportunities to get some deals.

Consignment sale season, at least check, is pretty much over for the season after this weekend except for one sale ... Frog in My Pocket in Apex. Look for that sale in May.

We have a couple of opportunities for details this week. Here they are:

Kidcycle at Northgate Mall in Durham will hold its Dollar Day from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday. On Dollar Day, everything is a dollar. And 100 percent of the day's sales go to a local organization. This season, it's Welcome Baby Durham.

Also, Everything Kids Consignment Sale is 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, at Temple Baptist Church's Christian Activity Center, 709 George Anderson Dr., Wilmington. Most items will be half off on Sunday.
