Parents are on alert about a bounce house turned deadly.

5 On Your Side has learned the Consumer Product Safety Commission is telling people to immediately stop using the My Bouncer Little Castle.

Officials said a 4-year-old got tangled in a hoop on the bounce house and suffocated.

The bounce houses have a yellow hoop attached to a green pillar. The hoops were tested and failed to meet the standards intended to reduce the risk of accidental head or neck entrapment in inflatable play devices.

The CPSC urges parents to not buy or sell the product and stop using them immediately.

The bounce houses have been sold on Amazon, eBay and other online retailers since 2013.
