RALEIGH, N.C. — Ever wonder what would make a pig run around a track? Simple: Cheetos.

Four pigs from Circle C Racing Pigs took off during WRAL's 6 a.m. news Monday morning, showing off impressive speed as they made their way to an early-morning snack.

"When you put something sweet out there, they will run around the track and get it," Dennis Cook, of Circle C, said.

Cook said the pigs, which are all raised in North Carolina, start racing when they are four to five weeks old.

They pigs race each day at 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 p.m.

"We've got brand new bleachers," Cook said. "We can show a lot more people how we get these little pigs around the track."
