A Wake County sheriff’s deputy found Everette A. Marshall, 70, unconscious in Dorton Arena around 8 p.m. during the Jason Aldean concert.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A 70-year-old Cary man died at the State Fair Friday night, State Department of Agriculture spokesman Brian Long said. <br />

A Wake County sheriff’s deputy found Everette A. Marshall unconscious in Dorton Arena around 8 p.m. during the Jason Aldean concert. Emergency crews tried to revive Marshall. He was transported to Rex Hospital where he later died.<br />

Long said it appeared Marshall died of natural causes. The man had attended the concert alone.
