<b>FORT BRAGG, N.C.</b> — A consulting firm in Laurinburg will oversee a regional growth plan at Fort Bragg.

The Base Realignment and Closure Commission awarded a $1.1 million contract to Training and Development Associates. The firm was selected from a dozen companies that submitted proposals.

Training and Development Associates will help plan for the 25,000 people moving into the region as a result of new troops being assigned to Fort Bragg under a base realignment.
