Brewgaloo 2015
RALEIGH, N.C. — North Carolina’s largest craft beer festival, Brewgaloo, has been steadily growing each year.
To help celebrate its fifth anniversary, the festival will be expanding to include two days of fun. Brewgaloo will be hosting a block party Friday night in City Plaza. There will be selections from 35 breweries, including beer that will not be available on Saturday. Tickets are $45.
On Saturday, Brewgaloo will take over Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh with its main event, featuring 85 North Carolina breweries, local food trucks, vendors and live music. Admission is free, but tickets are required for beer tastings. You can either get sample size pours or pints. Tickets are sold in $5 increments.

Monday Bull City Ciderworks pairing up with food trucks
Sad to say, but Bull City Ciderworks announced their Elizabeth Street taproom is closing on April 30. Don’t fret fans, as they are opening nearby at Dillard and Roxboro Street by early fall (just in time for apple harvest). Until it closes, there will be food truck pairing dinners every Monday. On April 18, Mobile-cuisine.com’s 2015 Food Truck Rookie of the Year, Route Bistro, will be on hand. On April 25, Bull City Street Food will be there. Ciderworks is partnering with BCSF for food offerings at its new taproom, so this a great sneak peek of that.
Manna and Neuse River Brewing Beer Dinner
Manna will have a beer dinner at Neuse River Brewing’s taproom on Tuesday, April 19. The menu will feature three courses paired with the taproom's beer. Reservations are required.
Downtown Raleigh Food Truck Rodeo coming up
