Bragg soldier, wife face steroids charges
Cumberland County authorities said Friday that they have arrested a Fort Bragg soldier and his wife after a search of their home turned up anabolic steroids.
Posted — UpdatedChristopher Dwight Foust, 39, and Jennifer Ann Foust, 33, both of 870 Fredonia Drive in Fayetteville, were charged Thursday with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a Schedule III drug and maintaining a dwelling for the sale and delivery of drugs.
Narcotics agents and members of the Special Response Team obtained a warrant to search the Fousts’ home and found steroids, syringes and a manual on how to produce, prepare and process steroids, authorities said.
Christopher Foust was remanded to the custody of the military under a $5,000 unsecured bond. Jennifer Foust was released from the Cumberland County Detention Center on a $5,000 unsecured bond.
