RALEIGH, N.C. — Stock up your home bar with a trip to one of these places in the Triangle:
Crafty Beer Shop (Raleigh) - With locations off Fairview Road and in Lafayette Village, this shop offers a great mix of craft beer - local, national and international. They also have a rotating tap of eight beers.
Bottle Revolution (Raleigh) and Morrisville - These guys are dedicated to introducing craft brews to average drinkers to something new. You can join the beer-of-the-month club or even allow them to stock your cooler en route to an NC State tailgate.
Sam’s Quik Stop (Durham - The granddaddy of the Triangle beer scene, this shop has been in business for more than 50 years. They are active in events, including the recent Bull City Food and Beer Experience, and sell at scale – kegs, cases – and have a selection that numbers into the thousands.
Stag's Head (Raleigh) - Located on Glenwood Avenue, this bottle shop opened last summer and only recently celebrated its official grand opening. Offering a great selection of beer, helpful staff and comfortable environment, this venue is a must visit if you haven't already been.
North Street Beer Station (Raleigh) - With more than 500 craft beers available, this shop off of Glenwood Avenue has been popular since opening in early last year. It's known for its laid back atmosphere.
