Beltline Ramp Reopened After Truck Flips
The ramp from southbound Capital Boulevard onto the Interstate 440 Inner Beltline reopened Wednesday afternoon, more than four hours after a tractor-trailer overturned on the ramp, police said.

The rig overturned before 9 a.m. Wednesday, and crews had to close access to the ramp while they righted the truck.
There was no word of any injuries.
