The group offers regular gatherings where new parents can learn more about using carriers such as rings, buckle carriers and wraps, to hold their babies and babywearing families can join in to share advice and socialize. The group also has a lending library with more than 40 carriers. Members can check a carrier out for up to a month to give it a try.

Last week, Sinclair, a mom of two, also offered some babywearing safety tips. And today, she talks about the four main kinds of carriers - ring slings, wraps, mei tais and buckle carriers.
Watch the video for more information from Sinclair and check out Babywearing International of the Triangle's website for lots of information, details and a schedule of events.
Thank you Meredith for sharing some great information! And thanks so much to Karissa of The Family Nest for letting us use your space!
