Authorities ID Man Found Dead on N.C. 54
A man found dead along N.C. Highway 54 on Sunday has been identified, authorities said Tuesday.
Posted — UpdatedMORRISVILLE, N.C. — A man found dead along N.C. Highway 54 on Sunday has been identified, authorities said Tuesday.
Bill Fredere, 58, was found Sunday morning along the highway near Henrico Lane and Weston Parkway. Part of the highway was blocked Sunday afternoon while police conducted an investigation.
Fredere appeared to be homeless, authorities said.
No information on a cause of death has been released.
