<b>ROCKY MOUNT, N.C.</b> — An Australian woman is in jail accused of trying to abduct a Pitt County teen.

Authorities said Tamara Broome, 31, was arrested on June 26 when she got off a train in Rocky Mount.

Investigators said she came to the United States to find the 17-year-old teen she met on the Internet.
