Arrest made in January Durham homicide
A 55-year-old man was arrested and charged Sunday with killing a 30-year-old man in January, Durham police said.

DURHAM, N.C. — A 55-year-old man was arrested and charged Sunday with killing a 30-year-old man in January, Durham police said.
Willie Poole remained in the Durham County jail Sunday under no bond.
Poole is charged with shooting Mark Antwan Peaks on the 900 block of East Main Street on Jan. 6. Peaks was found dead behind an apartment complex.
