<b>APEX, N.C.</b> — A 64-year-old Apex man has been accused of taking indecent liberties with a child, according to an arrest warrant.

The warrant states that the incident involving Thomas Leroy Autry Jr., of 3439 Lynnford Drive, and a child under age 16 took place on Aug. 9.

Autry's relationship to the victim and other details of the case weren't released.

Autry was placed in the Wake County jail under a $150,000 secured bond and scheduled to appear in court Monday.
